Men’s Christmas Gift Guide

Christmas is fast approaching – there I said it, the C word, there is no escaping this fact, Christmas is almost with us. Now I love Christmas, every single thing about it – the colder weather, the buzz in town, the lights, the food, and of course the presents. I am one of those odd people that loves giving presents almost more than reiceving them, however I can fully appreciate for some people the stress of “what do I get them”, “how much do I spend”, “this is something I like, but would they” can all be a bit much! I was reading an article in Stylist which was saying that over 60% of all Christmas shopping is now done online, so I thought I would do a little Christmas gift guide for you all, along with easy links for you to browse the products yourself!

Now being a Christmas this is a time to not be stingy, we all know what happened to Ebenezer Scrooge, so here are few of my gift ideas that will leave your father, boyfriend or loved one, feeling super special. I have hand selected a range of different brands and items to try and cater for every possible need – the man that loves his home, the man that is desperate need for some new clothing items, and the man who is in love with his tech!

The Sky SoundBox

So we all know Sky, they are the possibly the biggest TV group in the uk and we all know that they have an amazing range of products for your tv pleasure – from Sky Box Sets (cant get enough of Scandal reruns) through to Sky Cinema. They always want to make sure that your tv viewing is as pleasurable as possible. So, it is no surprise that they have now launched the Sky SoundBox – their revolutionary TV Speaker system in partnership with Devialet, the company behind the critically a-claimed Phantom Speaker. The Sky SoundBox creates an 360 degree style experience, so that the listener feels directly immersed in the action – perfect for any TV Lover, be that action or sport!

D Squared Parka CoatFarfetch

Dsquared2 merges exuberance and elegance, embracing the brands Canadian heritage at the heart of everything this designer duo create. The clothing and accessories merge rich, luxurious fabrics with the raw Canadian rustic charm and offbeat embellishments. They create classic items, with witty twists that will make any man stand out in all the right ways. As mentioned, the brand hail from Canada, so if there is one thing they know how to do right – it’s parka coats! These are jackets that will last you a life time, so it is fully apt to follow the mantra “Buy Cheap, Buy Twice” and invest in a good quality piece of outerwear. They have loads of different designs this season, with luxury designer retails Farfetch stocking the cream of the crop! My personal preference is the DSQUARED2 X K-Way Travel Parka because I love a statement badges but have a browse, there is bound to be one that the special man in your life will love – even if it ends up being a Christmas gift for yourself!
